Monthly Subscription
- Upon initial subscription you will be billed and receive this month's volume
- You will then be billed on the 1st of every month thereafter, and subsequently each month's volume will be shipped to you on the first of every month
- There is a cut off period of 10 DAYS before the month ends
- If you subscribe during this cut off period you will still be billed initially; however, you will not receive this month's volume, instead you will receive the next month's, which is shipped on the first of that following month
- It's important to note that you will not be billed on the first of the next month if you subscribe during the cut off period, instead the initial charge acts as the bill for next month's volume
- You are able to cancel your subscription at any time through your customer profile
- Additionally you have the option to skip orders or pause your subscription
- You will not be charged for skipped orders or paused subscriptions
- Returns are not accepted
- If any goods arrive damaged or do not arrive at all, email us at creators@dumbbuggstudio.com to resolve the issue
6-Month Pre-Paid
- Upon initial subscription you will be billed and receive this month's volume
- There is a cut off period of 10 DAYS before the month ends
- If you subscribe during this cut off period you will still be billed initially; however, you will not receive this month's volume, instead you will receive the next month's, which is shipped on the first of that following month
- You are able to cancel your subscription at any time through your customer profile
- Cancellations for 6-month subscriptions before the 6 months are over will only cancel auto-renewal for another 6 months. You will not receive a refund and will continue to receive issues until the 6-month period (purchased upfront) is over.

Digital Plan
- Upon initial subscription you will be billed and receive this month's volume
- You will then be billed on the same day as the initial purchase every month
- You will receive an email with the files of all art work within 5 days of every billing period
- You are able to cancel your subscription at any time through your customer profile
- Returns are not accepted
- Additionally you have the option to skip orders or pause your subscription
- You will not be charged for skipped orders or paused subscriptions
